Janet Clarke has served for 15 years as a director of numerous public and private companies including Cox Communications, Gateway, eFunds Corporation, Asbury Automotive Group, ExpressJet Holdings, Forbes.com and Forbes Media. She has chaired special committees, as well as all standing committees [audit, compensation, nominating/governance]. Ms. Clarke will focus her remarks on some of the more recent challenges and success stories that she and other directors currently face, including:
